Each member brought a distinct superpower to the table — together, they shipped something extraordinary.
Architected and built the entire NCC portal from scratch — frontend UI/UX, Flask backend, database, cadet portal, admin dashboard, PWA features, and all 3D animations.
Authored the complete project report, performed systematic testing across all features, identified and reported bugs, and ensured the platform met quality standards throughout development.
Collected, verified, and organized all content used throughout the platform — NCC unit information, cadet records, activities, achievements, and all resource materials.
